Booking Procedure? Frequently Asked Questions
Step 1
Booking Hold Amount : Pay 200 USD / Rs.10,000 to Hold Bookings
In order to process the booking, we would need Rs.10,000 / 200 USD as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via netbanking / Credit Card/ Debit Card. Non Indian customers can pay through Credit Card via Paypal. In case there are urgent Flights to be hold, Full Payments for flights need to be furnished as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
Question:- Would you give us any receipt of the booking hold amount ?
Answer:- We shall issue only 1 single Invoice after the full payment received. For the intermediary payments, kindly consider the e-mail acknowledgement as the confirmation of payment received.

Question:- Can this 25% (Booking Confirmation) amount vary ?
Answer:- Yes, In peak seasons some hotels may ask for 100% Booking amount to hold the bookings or certain activities may be charged full in advance. To avoid rush & last minute non availability, we can ask for a higher amount than 25%.

Question:- Can this Booking Confirmation Amount be paid via Payment gateway or Via Credit Card through Paypal (For Overseas customers) ?
Answer:- NO, We don’t accept full payments via Credit Card from Overseas customers.Remaining amount needs to be deposited in our Foreign Currency account via Wire transfer / Bank Transfer. This facility can be easily availed through most of the banks across the world. It takes normally 3-4 days for payments to reach us. Once we receive payments, we shall acknowledge you shortly.

Question:- Can this Booking Confirmation Amount be paid via Payment gateway on website for Indian Customers ?
Answer:- Yes but in that case 3% Gateway charges are applicable on the paid amount. It is better to add our Indian bank account as a beneficiary & transfer via netbanking or Cash deposit. Cheques shall be acknowledged once processed & clear.

Question:- Would you give us any receipt of the full balance amount ?
Answer:- Yes, We shall issue only 1 single Invoice after the full payment received. For the intermediary payments, kindly consider the e-mail acknowledgement as the confirmation of payment received.

Question:- Do you give Invoice & Vouchers as soon as you receive full payments ?
Answer:- No. Invoice takes usually 3-4 working days after the full payments .Vouchers depend on hotels,suppliers etc who need full payments at least 1 month before travel & normally issue it around a week before travel.

Step 2
Booking Confirmation
Amount : Pay 25% of the Remaining Amount
After getting the availability from the hotel / Flights / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, Then you need to make the 25% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Netbanking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank. 

Step 3
Full Balance amount : One Month before your travel
Remaining amount needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.

Step 4
Invoice & Vouchers
Your total Bill Receipt & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail . Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.
General Questions:

Question:: Why is your Dollar-INR rate 1-2 points higher than existing exchange rate ?
Answer:- Dollar rates are different for buy & sell options. Overseas transactions require a bank charge which is normally 1-2 Points higher than existing rate. Moreover this rate is applicable on the day of your payment date.
Exa- Suppose your package cost is 1000 USD & you booked on 1st Jan & wish to pay via INR
Jan 1 : USD-INR Exchange Rate is 59. You paid 200 USD booking amount = (59+1)* 200= Rs.12,000 Pending amount is 800 USD.
Jan 10 : USD-INR Exchange rate is 54. You paid 25% of 800 USD = 200 USD * (54+1) = Rs.11,000 Pending amount is 600 USD.
Feb 20 : USD-INR Exchange rate is 59. You paid remaining 600 USD = 600*(59+1) = Rs.36,000
Feb 26: You get an Invoice. 
Mar 10 : Vouchers are emailed to you.
Mar 20 : Your travel date.

Question:: Can I pay full Amount now to avoid the USD-INR Fluctuation ?
Answer: Yes ,In that case full amount shall be charged as per current exchange rate+1 without affecting any future fluctuations in USD Rates

Question:: I am a Non Indian customer & wish to Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer .Would I be charged any costs ?
Answer: Certain banks may charge between 5-20 USD for overseas transactions.You may enquire this from your respective banks.Kindly note that this charge is borne by you.

Question:: Can I pay in any other currency than USD/INR ?
Answer: You can pay Booking Amount of 200 USD in 56 different currencies like GBP,Euro,Yuan etc.However Confirmation & Full Amount needs to be transferred in USD/INR by Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer Only.You can simply contact your bank to convert your currency into USD.

Question:: I am a Non Indian customer & wish to pay everything via Credit Card.Is it possible ?
Answer: You can pay Booking Amount of 200 USD through credit card.However Confirmation & Full Amount needs to be paid by Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer Only.

Question:: My Travel date is within 1 Month, Would the same policies apply to me ?
Answer : In that case , Payment policies shall depend purely on your hotels/destinations.For exa- In Maldives you may be required to give 100% .For Indian destinations , full payment may be received 20 days before travel. For travel within 15 days Normally 100% amount needs to be supplied for Booking.

Question:: Who will do my bookings & whom do I need to contact after bookings ?
Answer : Once your bookings are made , they are automatically diverted to the Post Sales department for processing.They are the ones to send you vouchers ,Receipts & Invoices & shall contact you automatically.You can contact them at sales@antilogvacations.com with your booking number regarding payment information , queries & amendments.

Question: : Is the payment on your website safe ?
Answer
: We don’t record any details of your card information.All transactions are carried with 3rd party associates who provide 100% security guarantee for your transactions

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
  • 30 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
  • Less than 7 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
  • No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It's purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, Some hotels may charge 100% cancellation
Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account
